This help article will guide Administrators and Hospital Administrators on how to enable strong password creation in your Inventory Ally account. By enforcing stronger passwords, you can enhance the security of your account and data.
Step 1: Log in
Log in to your Inventory Ally account with Administrator or Hospital Administrator credentials.
In the top right corner of your user dashboard, click on the settings menu
Step 2: Access Manage Users
Then click on the "Manage Users" option. Click on it to proceed. Alternatively, you can use this link to access the Manage Users page directly.
Step 3: Enable Security Settings
On the Manage Users page, you will see various user management options.
Locate the "Security Settings" option and toggle it to the ON position. Enabling this option will enforce stronger password requirements for all new users who create accounts in the system.
