Why can't I sync more than one PIMS integration? Can I use Inventory Ally and Neo or ezyVet PIMS integration with VetCove?

Important Notice: As of now, Inventory Ally is recognized as a PIMS Integration by VetCove. However, please note that VetCove currently only allows one integration at a time. We understand that this may not be ideal, but there is a workaround in place while VetCove works on a fix.

Option 1: Deactivate Inventory Ally Integration (Copy and Paste Method to Order)

This method allows you to turn off the VetCove integration for Inventory Ally. While this may require a bit more effort, it's a practical solution. Click here to learn more.

Here's how to do it:

  1. Deactivate the VetCove Integration for Inventory Ally: If you want to proceed with this method, please let us know so we can assist you in turning off the sync.

  2. Order Review: After completing your weekly inventory counts and finazlied your shopping list in Inventory Ally, follow these steps:

    1. Copy the Item: Next to the item name on your shopping list in Inventory Ally, you'll find a "copy" button. It resembles two overlapping squares.

    2. Go to VetCove: Open your VetCove account in a separate tab or window.

    3. Paste in the Search Bar: In VetCove, paste the copied item into the search bar.

    4. Select the Item: Once you see the search results, select the desired item.

    5. Choose a Supplier: After selecting the item, choose a supplier that you prefer for this purchase.

    6. Enter the Quantity to Order: Use Inventory Ally's recommended order list and quantities from the selected supplier.

This will allow you to continue using the Neo or EzyVet integration while not having Inventory Ally integrate with VetCove. The only difference between this method and the VetCove Shopping List Sync is that it does not populate the shopping list in VetCove. However, the rest of the process works the same way.

Option 2: Turning Off the PIMS Integration such as Neo or ezyVet

You may remove the integration with your Neo or ezyVet to continue to use the Inventory Ally Shopping Cart Integration.
