The mobile version of Inventory Ally is designed to help you complete counts and update your Want List as you walk through your hospital. While orders still need to be placed on desktop, the mobile experience gives you quick access to everything else—making inventory management simpler, faster, and less disruptive to your day.

Step-by-step instructions:
1. Log In on Your Phone
Open Chrome.
Go to my.inventoryally.com
Enter your login email and password.
Tap Log In.
2. Choose Your Hospital
If you’re linked to more than one hospital, you’ll see a list after logging in.
Tap the Hospital you’re working in to move forward.
3. Approve Estimated Quantities or Enter On-Hand Counts
Similar to the desktop, you will be brought to This Week's list of items to review
If the estimate looks right, tap Approve.
If not, enter the actual count or click on the + and - symbols to correct it.

4. Find and Count Items by Searching
Need to look something up?
Use the search bar to type in a product name.
5. Add to Your Want List
Tap into the item to view details.
Use the Add to Want List toggle to include it on your next order.
Note: Everything you add here will sync directly to your desktop Want List—no double entry needed.
